Download An Application Called Siri shortcut.

Step 1: Open Siri Shortcut and select the Automation option from the bottom.

Step 2: Than Click on the Plus icon (+). And click on create personal Automation.

Step 3: Select The Charger option to create personal Automation. Make sure is Connected is Selected. Than Click on Next and than click on Add an action. Now select the play music or any radio station you want to play.

OR

If You choose siri speak when charger plugged in choose Speak text under the add Action option And type the word which is say by siri while charger plugged in.

Step 4: Than Click Next. And make sure Ask before Running is Turned Off and Click on Done.

Make Sure the mute Switch is off and your phone voice is upto the mark to hear the custom charging sound.

Now plugged your phone to the charger and you can listen your custom Charging Sound.
